"john is a good agent and i know his dad who is suuuuper cool old fella. ive been with him for 18 years or so. i do miss the old assistants that were so outreaching. if i was 2 days late theyd give me a call and id pay on the spot. ive always had money to pay my insurance i know my bills and set my money aside. i did however have an instance where after those assistants were gone they did not call me and lapsed my insurance. i got pulled over and they towed my vehicle and gave me a sr22 wich is brutal on insurance. when i asked why they didnt call they told me they sent me a letter. well i never saw the letter maybe my wife threw it away thinking it was another one of the many letters offering life insurance. I miss the personal service and feeling of the lady that used to call. heck i miss her trying to sign me up for life insurance when she would call me about being late and i payed the bill rite there over the phone. All in all I still say johns a great agent."

"My husband and I have had John Gibson at State Farm Insurance in North Bend, Oregon handle all our insurance needs since he first opened an office in North Bend. He always has friendly, competent office staff. John does and excellent job listening to our needs and advising us on the best insurance coverage for us. Even though I moved after my husband passed (to Beaverton, Seattle, and finally Central Oregon) I still rely on John at State Farm in North Bend. Arlene Peil"
